We are Gourmet Trends Kitchen LLC, a passionate family-owned small business in Illinois dedicated to sharing the rich flavors and traditions of the Philippine cuisine through our Cebu Style Lechon Pork Belly Roast.

Our journey began with a love for bringing friends and family together for memorable events. Growing up in a family where food was at the center of every celebration, we saw how the Lechon - a perfectly roasted whole pig with crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat - symbolized more than just a dish. It represents a celebration of life with family and friends and the joy of creating cherished memories during life’s most special moments-from birthdays and weddings to holidays and reunions. And now, we’re excited to share this dish to everyone.
